Shipping

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except UT. RI and DE shipments can only be shipped directly if the wine purchase occurs in our tasting room.

If Limerick Lane Cellars cannot ship directly to your state, we can sometimes arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party.

Please email us at info@limericklanewines.com to discuss third-party shipping options.

We highly recommend you understand the wine shipping regulations specific to your state.   This link can be a helpful tool. Please click on your delivery state provided in the information below.

Wine Shipping Laws

Shipping Costs

When placing an order from Limerick Lane Cellars, you are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and delivery timing.  You are responsible for all fees associated with returned packages or reshipping of wines.  We highly recommend shipping wine to a business address, as alcoholic beverages cannot be left without the previously mentioned signature.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable product that is sensitive to extreme temperatures; hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Limerick Lane Cellars is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

REMINDER: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate address and contact information when ordering.  All fees related to re-routing and returned shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for selecting ship dates that are conducive to safe transport and delivery of wine.  When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limerick Lane Cellars reserves the right to delay or expedite any/all shipping orders in order to provide safe temperature conditions for wine shipments.
