Unlike other Rosé wines made through a “bleed” process, this wine is crafted from grapes grown and picked specifically for this purpose, resulting in a truly unique and unforgettable flavor. Our goal is to bring the warmth, flavor, and ambiance of the open-air restaurants in Cassis to our homes, backyards, and tables; this wine perfectly embodies that vision. With a bouquet of citrus, white flowers, nectarine, strawberry, and limestone, this wine delivers a broad, upfront mouthfeel with a bright and long finish that will leave you wanting more.

The blend includes 40% Mourvèdre, 26% Grenache, 20% Syrah, & 14% Grenache Blanc resulting in a well-balanced and harmonious taste perfect for a warm day, enjoying the sunset, or sharing with friends on a picnic.
